No, the Real Threat Facing the World Is Not CO2

On March 20, worldwide media were warning that the world is on the brink of destruction. Had the reality of the danger of nuclear war finally broken through the propaganda? No, the threat is man-made climate change, ultimately eliminating the human species, according to a report by the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) presented the day before. Even UN Secretary General Guterres, who has otherwise done a good job in exposing the genocide in Gaza and calling for an immediate ceasefire, played by the script. According to the authors of the report, the planet can still be saved with “radical climate action”, by accelerating the inevitable end of the fossil fuel age.

The same day as the meteorologists, who by definition are experts on weather and not on climate, issued this scare message, a new film-documentary titled The Cold Truth was released, which debunks the theory, the data and the ideology of the climate lobby. Written and directed by Martin Durkin and produced by Tom Nelson, the film demonstrates that there is no climate emergency, that the data collected by the IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) and the governments are wrong, that the real cause of climate change – namely cosmic rays and sun activity – has been totally excluded from climate models, and that the “scientific consensus” was built on money, intimidation and persecution of dissidents.

The documentary, which we recommend readers watch, allows some of the most respected physicists in the world to speak. Among them, Steven Kunan, former science advisor to President Obama; William Happer, science advisor to three Presidents and former professor of physics at Colombia and Princeton Universities; John Clauser, the 2022 Nobel Prize for Physics; Richard Lindzen, former Professor of Meteorology at Harvard and MIT and member of the IPCC.

The film is presented in ten parts: The Science, CO2, Nature, Extreme Weather, The Consensus, The Climate Bandwagon, The Politics of Climate, Climate and Freedom, Climate versus the People, Climate versus the Poor. While the first debunks the so-called “consensus among scientists”, the second shows how it was constructed, starting with money. When Al Gore became Vice President, one billion dollars of taxpayer money, which soon rose to two billion, was given to climate research. Soon after, a scientist requesting money for his research simply had to add that it would also consider the effect on climate change. Since very few of those papers challenge the climate change line, it was established that a consensus existed.

Taxes and regulations demanded the creation of a complete new set of activities. Now, a huge number of people spread the alarmist line because their income depends on the existence of a climate emergency. Even NASA is dependent on climate research money.

Scientists who wanted to investigate the role of the Sun’s activity were denied funds, and those who dispute the narrative are marginalized. For governments, the climate emergency is used to introduce top-down control of the population. It is a perfect excuse to increase the power of government. After all, a worldwide threat demands a worldwide government, n’est-ce pas?
