Nuclear Testing: A Very Bad Idea, by Anyone’s Standards

Hours before his meeting on Oct. 30 with China's President Xi Jinping, U.S. President Trump delivered a bit of a shock when he announced that the U.S. would begin testing its nuclear weapons. In explaining his decision, he said it is necessary to do so in order to keep up with other nuclear powers.
