From the “Guns of August” to a Tactical Nuclear War?

August 6 and 9 marked the 81st anniversary of the dropping of the first atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. It should have served as a sobering reminder to all of the absolute folly of the use of nuclear weapons, whenever and of whatever form. Precisely that was the purpose of the Aug. 7 weekly
